Panadda Davenport serves as the Agency Manager at Davenport Insurance Agency, where she oversees onboarding, service-related matters, and team management — and ensures the office snack supply is always well-stocked. Since entering the insurance industry in 2020, Panadda has been drawn to its stability, professionalism, and the opportunity it provides to help people protect what matters most.

Before co-founding the agency, Panadda was the Operations Director at 3i International, a fast-paced technology solutions provider. There, she worked closely with both staff and customers to solve complex challenges, a skill she now applies to helping clients and the team navigate the intricacies of policy issuance and service.

Known by her colleagues as approachable, helpful, and honest, Panadda is committed to “getting it done” — no matter what it takes. Originally from Thailand and raised in Crosby, Texas, she has also lived in Dallas and Houston, and now calls Seabrook home. Outside of work, she fosters dogs, follows her passion for fashion, and enjoys helping others refine their personal style.
